The Ranger Super Duty is the toughest Ranger, built to carry a big load and tow a heavy trailer at the same time, well beyond what a normal Ranger can manage. It's reinforced and beefed up underneath, sits taller and wider on chunky off road tyres, and adds serious gear like a sealed snorkel and front and rear diff locks. Its V6 turbo diesel is deliberately detuned for durability. At launch it's a cab chassis ready for you to fit a tray, with a touring focused XLT grade following mid 2026.

★ Editor's Pick · The AutoFocus Verdict

This is the Super Duty as it launches, a no frills heavy duty workhorse for buyers who genuinely need the high GVM and towing: fleets, farmers, tradies and serious tourers. The cab chassis versions let you fit a tray to suit, with the Single and Super Cabs maximising payload. The five seat Double Cab is the pick for crew or family, and the Double Cab Pick-Up adds a factory tub if you'd rather not fit your own tray.
